FED vs. Falla is more interesting than a normal 1st round matchup, because of their 5 setter at Wimbledon in 2010. Surprised it's on the 1st day too.

Normally the more intriguing 1st round matches happen on the 2nd day, IMO.

FED will still win this, but because of that past matchup, I want to see Falla play a little. Otherwise, if it was a normal 1st round matchup, I'd Fast Forward through a lot of this.

I wish Soderling and Mardy Fish were still playing.

Haven't watched today yet.

Men's Predictions:

Djokovic's Quarter:

Djokovic could play Gasquet or Kevin Anderson in the 4th round, but it won't matter, should be a straight sets win.

Nadal vs. Dimitrov
4th round might be interesting.

Djokovic-NadalQF:
Nadal in 4.

Murray's Quarter:

Murray-Krygios 3rd round:
Murray in 3, he's playing well.

Murray-Isner 4th round:
It's far from certain Isner will get there. But, if this happens, I hope it's a good 4 set or 5 set match. It will probably be Murray in an easy 3 or 4 setter.

Cilic-Ferrerr 4th round:
Not sure if Cilic can get this far, but if he does, I'll pick Cilic. It will mean Cilic is playing well, and I think Ferrer is declining. Will be a tough 5 setter for Cilic.

Cilic - Murray QF:
Cilic has taken a set from Murray a few times. Will be interesting to see them play after Cilic's USO win. Murray will probably win in 4, but I'll be happy regardless of who wins, if it's a 5 setter. The contrast in styles will be entertaining.

Berdych's Quarter:

Berdych - Tsonga4th round:
I'd love for Tsonga to win, but I think Berdych has had a good year, so he could take this in 3.

Berdych to the QF.

FED's Quarter:

Karlovic - Baghdatis 1st round:
I'll take Baghdatis in 5, this could be a good one.

FED - Monfils 4th round:
FED could easily lose this in 3. Like at last year's World Tour Championships.

I'll be optimistic and say FED in 4, but no result would surprise me.

Wawrinka - Simon 4th round:
I remember their 5 setter from 2012. I'll say it happens again. Wawrinka in 5.

FED - Wawrinka QF:
No result would surprise me in this. I'll take FED in 4. Actually if Wawrinka loses, he won't lose in straight sets. He's too good not to take a set.

Nadal - Murray SF: I hope it's not Nadal in 3.
If Murray wins, it will be a long match, not a sweep. I'll be optimistic for a good match, and say Nadal in 5.

Berdych - FED SF:
After seemingly having tough matches with Monfils and Wawrinka, I think he's due to lose to a good player now. Berdych in 4.

It would be amazing and reminiscent of previous years, if FED could beat a draw with good players like this.

Nadal - Berdych Finals:
Could Berdych beat Nadal twice at majors this year? Yes, he's a good player. Berdych is also having a good year.

I still think Nadal will win. A short match with a Berdych win on clay would surprise me. If Berdych wins, it will be a long match.

Nadal in 3, but hope I'm wrong and it's a long match.

If Nadal gets past Djoker he can win it, but I am not sure he can even make it to him. I still think this is the year Djoker beats him. Whether he actually goes all the way I am not sure yet.

Women's Draw:

Serena's Quarter:

Serena could lose to anyone, when she commits a lot of errors.

Venus - Sloan 1st round: Think Sloan wins in 2, but hope Venus does.

Jankovic-Wozniacki 4th round: This will be fun. I'm rooting for Wozniacki, but think it's time Jankovic has one of her random big wins in a GS.

Jankovic in 2.

Serena - Azarenka 4th round: Might as well go for an Azarenka resurgence.

Serena has the better return. Azarenka is going to have to get to a lot of balls.

Serena is the better volleyer.

Wow, I'm convincing myself that Serena will have an easier time in this matchup than on hardcourts.

Oh well, I want to pick Azarenka, so be it. Azarenka in 2. (Too many errors from Serena).

Azarenka - Jankovic QF: Azarenka in 2.

Kvitova's Quarter:

This section has some interesting players like Kvitova, Townsend, Keys, Schiavone, Kuznetsova, and Bouchard.

It would be nice if Schiavone had another deep run. Or Kuznetsova.

I'll take Kvitova in this quarter, but who knows.

Halep's Quarter:

Halep - Radwanska 4th round: I'm taking Radwanska, just because expecting consistency from someone like Halep in consecutive years is too much to ask.

Radwanska - Ivanovic QF: Ivanovic's serve is inconsistent. Radwanska and Halep are kind of similar IMO.

I'll go with Radwanska in 2.

Sharapova's Quarter:

Sharapova - Lisicki 4th round: I'd like to see Lisicki win, because she's a nice player, and want to see someone else.

Why not, I'll take Lisicki in the upset. Lisicki in 2.

Lisicki wins QF.

Azarenka - Kvitova SF: Azarenka in 3. Will be a classic.

Radwanska - Lisicki SF: I don't know what will be the deciding factors. Too many strengths and weaknesses from both players. I'll pick Lisicki in 2.

Azarenka - Lisicki Finals:

Azarenka is the more complete player. I'll take her in 3, just because I want a good Finals.

nuram00, I will take your prediction everyday but I am realistic. I can only hope but know that Vika still has ways to go to attain his amazing form prior to the injury. At this stage it is all mental and I do not think she is there yet. Nadal is in the same soup

Yeah, Azarenka hasn't shown championship form yet.

She'll have to get comfortable quick, before meeting the tough competition.

I think Sloan vs. Venus is the only thing I'm interested in for tomorrow.

Wow, Tommy Haas has been injured since Rome 2014. More than a year. Because I like watching him play, hope he can display the pretty good form he had the last few years prior to injury.

Tipsarevic's ranking isn't high enough to get into the FO. He's played a Challenger level tourney called the Genova Open a few days ago, and lost in the 1st round to Istomin.

Radwanska's game looks like crap these days. At least she is trying to change. She knows she cant get over the hump playing cat and mouse. Unfortunately it means a period of playing worse until she masters it.

Radwanska gone.

15-13 now

Aggie Radwanzska is one of the biggest disappointment in women tennis. Really Aggie? Even with the legendary Martina Navratilova in your corner?
