Im still shocked Alex hasnt put the pen to paper yet. Makes me even more curious about the manning situation. Is the offer still on the table for Alex and he wont sign it or did they take it off?

Also im curious which WR they will go after, it seems they want to pick up one more.

There has been no word that the offer has been pulled and we have visits lined up with Schillens & Lloyd - So, yeah we are still shopping for another WR; and one, it would appear, capable of pushing Crabtree further down the depth chart.

Marshall is going to miss 4 games this year. Jackson will play 16 games, in comparison to Marshall's maximum of 12 games; which could be less.

You get what you pay for.

Marshall has not been charged with anything, and is denying the allegations.

I don't think its a definite that he'll be suspended.

Even if he is, the Bears still got a way better deal than the Bucs...its not even close.

I think Baalke's moves are suggesting that he favors the Guard class in the draft over the WR class so I think that will be one he'll look to address there and not in FA.

RB Albert Young is scheduled to work out for the 49ers, according to Maiocco. I bet I've said over 50 times since he didn't get drafted that I wanted the 49ers to give him a shot. He went to Iowa. I wouldn't guarantee he makes the final roster, but that would be an upside signing that would excite me.

David Carr has been eliminated from consideration in Tampa. His decision will come down to the Giants and another unknown team.

Redding's deal with Indy is a three-year, 10.5M contract. I really like that signing for them and I would've expected him to get more than that.

I have wondered why the Jets didn't keep Edwards after the season he had, which, obviously I thought was fairly decent.
