Tracy Porter - DB - Saints

There is reportedly "mutual interest" between the Rams and free agent CB Tracy Porter.
League-wide speculation had Porter following former secondary coach Dennis Allen to Oakland. It looks he might prefer to follow former coordinator Gregg Williams to St. Louis instead. The Rams are also talking with former Titans CB Cortland Finnegan.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Cowboys have scheduled a visit with free agent CB Brandon Carr.
Dallas targeted Carr and Cortland Finnegan to commence free agency, but Finnegan has turned down visit opportunities until he meets with the Rams on Friday. Carr is younger, and a better pure cover guy. The Cowboys need a starting corner to book end Mike Jenkins after releasing Terence Newman.
