Good pick up for the Skins. Garcon put up some pretty respectable numbers on the worst team in the league, with some of the worst QBs in the league a year ago. I don't think he's going to help RG3/Luck the way Steve Smith helped Cam Newton, but it certainly won't hurt to have a guy like Garcon
