Denver Broncos Training Camp: Day 7 news and notes

Oh look, a 95 yard TD catch over Roby with a PI call to boot.

Lets just post his daily updates here... (jeez, this kid is, as Von would say, cold.)

I don't pay to read the Denver Post, but I can see the headlines. FWIW, Kizla has an article tonight saying that Courtland is the "best catch by the Broncos in the draft since Von."

I think I said this a week ago, what's encouraging to me is that it isn't just the press or fans saying outrageous things about him - the players are impressed!

I really can't wait for some red zone snaps for the Broncos with DT - Sutton - Butt - Patrick and Fumagalli - the Dbacks will need a step stool.

Look on the bright said Chubb, that means Sutton is REALLY REALLY good. Two hall of famers from this class.

But for real lets hope he stays this way and continues tin get better daily and stays healthy.

Either way - he makes DT more effective - if the defense has to worry about Sutton as a threat.

There is no doubt in my mind that Sutton is going to be the real deal. I would bet on it.......well, I wouldn't actually bet on it since I have no disposable income dedicated to mindless gambling........but you get the point!

He will be money in the end zone. that is what this team missed when ED left.

Elway must have been pretty pissed at ED when he passed on getting a pay raise.

ED was telling the press earlier this year he wanted back and he is a 100 times better than the turds we signed at WR after he left Denver this year without talking to Elway.

I miss ED jumping into the crowd and getting beer dumped all over him.

I hope with more scores they start that again.

Sanders said he’s never seen a rookie dominate like Sutton not even Levon Bell
His route running need to continue to improve but he’s very good now at the top of his routes
behind Hopkins and Dez could be the best 50/50 WR in the league
I predict 8-10 TDs and rookie of the year candidate
