Terrell Davis is one of my all time favorites, and a HOF’er. But let’s not kid ourselves and try and compare the o line and scheme in which Davis flourished, not to mention the rest of his HOF supporting cast. I’m not saying Lindsay is a HOF RB by any stretch, but what I am saying is he’s been one of the very few shining lights in an otherwise dismal offense. We are starting to fill some glaring gaps that we have been suffering with, we shall see what he can do.

Lindsay is good but lets be honest you overrate him a smidge or two.

Lindsey's running style helps a lot. He's so quick physically and mentally, and has such good vision and decision making, that he makes up for mistakes or deficiencies in run blocking. Basically he doesn't need the line to perform as well to be successful. I'm excited to see what our running game can do with with what should be a very good interior O-Line. Add in what should be an improved group of WR's and at least two legitimate TE's with a QB that can get the ball out to force the opposing D off of the LOS? Could be very, very special.
