Tom Burleson and I think Phil Spence too for NC State

Tommy Burleson was a star on that team. Phil Spence didn't get much playing time but he ended up being a highly successful high school head coach for several years in the Raleigh area.

The starting 5 on that Wolfpack team were Tommy Burleson, David Thompson, Monte Towe, Mo Rivers, and Tim Stoddard.

Tim Stoddard went on to become a great relief pitcher in MLB.
