For me it's Butler, Branch, Develin, Bolden, Sheard.
Maybe Long, Ryan, Mingo, Bount, Flemming
Just not sure about this group they may price themselves out or NE let's them walk: Bennet, Harmon, Hightower, scruggs

Lloyd is a tough call

I'm not a fan of Bolden but his ST play keeps him around. If they can replace him with anyone who can get on the field either offense or defense I'm with you let him go.
I would've agreed on Floyd prior to the past couple weeks. I'd like to see him here on an incentive laden deal.
I could see Mingo around?
Bennet likely is a problem if he gets tagged. Not sure he's worth it? Maybe NE signs him? Or the draft one. I like him we'll see.
Ryan in the slot toward the end of the year might get him a deal? I couldn't stand him on the outside. He'll likely accept a better offer elsewhere.
Pretty much agree with the rest except I'd like to keep Sheard at the right price.

-They raved about Floyd over the past few weeks. They wanted to find a way to get him active, but it was hard considering he was new. We all know how hard it is for guys to "catch" on. He was great in the Mia game and showed what he can do. It was about knowing the system, and Dola was that guy.
-Mingo might be that guy to replace Bolden or even Richards. He provides nothing on this team in terms of offense.
-Ryan will get paid like Arrinton did, and NE won't touch that. For as good as he can be, he can be equally as bad. He is to inconsistent for a large pay day IMO.
-I think Bennett wants to be here more than HT does to be honest with ya. HT got his rings, watched Mankins, Jones, Collins all be traded away. He is done.

First things first who do you see NE resigning?
1. Hightower - No......Will not franchise and he'll get huge money elsewhere
2. Blount - Maybe 50/50. Tyler Gaffney is waiting and is nearly as big and runs a 4.3 40yard.
3. Bolden - No. He'll get more than the Pats want to pay.
4. Develin - Yes. Not a big demand for fullbacks.
5. Scruggs - No. They have TEs signed.
6. Floyd - Yes. No one else wants him and he'll sign for 1 year so he can get a final big contract.
7. Mingo - Maybe. 50/50. Got benched because he couldn't catch on to the defensive playbook.
8. Bennet - No. Got his rings. Now he wants the moolah.
9. Ryan - Maybe. He led the team in tackles and he may get a monster offer elsewhere. (NYJ??)
10. Harmon - Maybe. Good, not very good. Will get a decent offer from BB.
11. Branch - Yes. he'll be 32 and unless someone offers him and stunner out of the blue, he likes NE.
12. Long - Maybe. He got his ring, can't play every down at 33. May be able to extend his career in NE.
13. Sheard - Maybe. He can't stay healthy and has missed time last year and this year.

RFA
14. Fleming - No...just hasn't be up to the challenge
15. Butler...Yes. He can get an offer elsewhere by the Pats can match. The Jets might offer him 5 years and $80M
just to screw with BB. He won't match that and will take the draft pick.

The Patriots will have somewhere between $63M-$66M in available cap space. BB can go out play in the free agent pool. You know he won't over pay but he will drive prices for players up. No one will want him to get anything. He'll get the guys that no one will care about that will be regulars.

No one wanted Ninkovich, Edelman, Amendola, Floyd, Van Noy, Branch.......the list goes on. Now they all have what no one else has..............LI Super Bowl Ring.

Good points. That no one wanted them is real. One of the shows I saw after the SB had Edeleman, Dola and Hogan rolling around hugging each other yelling no one wanted us. That love is real in NE. I hope they find a way to keep Dola? If not at least he went out on a high. It was good seeing him deliver such a great performance in the biggest game.

A couple years ago I would have been more than happy to see Danny A and Aaron Dobson both gone.

I've turned that corner and am glad Danny is still here.
Hope he restructures again and stays a Pat.

Same here. Again in one of those shows I saw Edelman shouting at Dola after the game "are you the MVP are you the MVP" awesome respect.

There is no way they don't tag HT or Bennett. They have the money to pay one of these guys for next yr. I would use it on Bennett and draft a TE. We have Housler who was signed and is also a big body, but just could not stay healthy. There is no way HT comes back, I think he wants out....He wants to pick his team, not be traded like Collins was.

Don't sign either. Paying either huge money just starts the ball rolling downhill. If you pay HT $15M+ then what's Van Noy or anyone else worth. What if HT's knee is worse than we/they know? Can't pay Bennett $10M and have Gronk back making $7.5M. If Gronk comes back 100% then you don't need Bennett anyway, even if he comes back 70% you don't need Bennett.
