My wife surprised me with a new toy the other day.. top of the line HP. I almost bought something else, but the FedEx guy showed up before I could click the purchase button. Been lost in the world of technology the past couple of days. Hope everybody is enjoying the holidays! Thanks Wifey!

This could have gone a really bad direction... glad you got a new computer! Looks pretty sweet. HNF, which island do you live on? I'm guessing Oahu?

I live on the island of Hawaii. The biggest of the islands yet one of the fewest populated. Oahu is waaaaaay overcrowded, sure it probably has the best shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, surf spots, jobs.. but they can have all that. I like the laid back lifestyle here.

Stoked on the new pc. Been with an Acer laptop for the past 3 years, never did me wrong. Boy does this rig blow it out of the water! Plays 1080i HD files like nothing, can't wait to play Crysis!

lol. thanks, its an overcast day and rainy, but beyond those trees and stuff I have a perfect view of the ocean and our airport. I'll try and upload some later once it gets nice.

ribs are better, thanks. the pain has been slowly going away, just a little sore. I can actually cough now without wanting to faint. Doctor said it wasn't broken or cracked, yet I can feel like there's bones or some cartilage moving around when I do certain things.

Cool, my ex used to live on Hawaii. I've been to Kuai (beautiful) and Oahu (agree, kinda crowded).

Trust me I cracked some ribs playing baseball in high school managed to catch a ball while hitting a chain link fence at full speed.when I read about your ribs I had a real good idea how you felt.its one of the most annoying injuries you can have.was going to comment but everyone already gave you all the right advice

Good to hear. Even if it's just muscle bruising, ribs are a bad spot for it.
