really looking forward to watching how a prototypical type NFL QB leads this team for a whole season under Gruden. I mean damn!...if Gruden coached Andy Dalton, that's Andy freakin' Dalton peeps to a 2X pro bowl selection and a 96 million contract anything is possible!

I've said it before, and I will say it again...HTTR my brothers and sisters its good to be a a Redskins fan!

P.S. Sorry about your boy Stymie, I liked the kid, and still do. But, just like your personal decision not to support the team name you fondly called REDSKINS for what 25-30 years?...I'm glad I don't have to worry about saying RG3 is my quarterback and offending someone by saying so.

So, Griffin is my boy huh? Some of you guys certainly do have short attention spans especially if you consider all of the nut hugging done here back in 2012. BTW: I still believe in Griffin, wishing him anything but good luck at this point is just.....hating!!! You also know nothing about me or my family, so quit making accusations that have no basis in reality. To be clear, I'm, 62 years old and use of that name was banned in my family when I was 7 because of an incident that caused us to lose one of our members. Do the math!! Finally, this team has taken but a couple of small steps in what some are calling the right direction, last time that I looked it is still own by the most dysfunctional owner in the league, and is still seen as an horrible organization. If you want to see Griffin as the sole reason for the state of affairs in Dc football, seek help!!!!

Ive gone through this over and over again on this site.......We don't support the name, we support our hometown team........I own have have always only purchased items that display Washington Football, there's plenty of it on the market, and it doesnt have to relate to this franchise. It is an insult to do otherwise. Not that it matters but there are and have been protests against the name since before I was born and denial speaks to the cavalier way some underestimate, undervalue and marginalize others in this country simply because they choose to employ disbelief. Finally, I was taught that the original words to that song included a shout out to the old south ( old DC replaced Old Dixie) do you honestly believe that the PC version makes the intent any better? (DC being a southern city)
