i saw another tweet on this as well. The 2017 class was even worse and probably contributes to a lot of issues right now. The tweet said something to the effect of Jaimes is the only real contributor from 2017. Austin Allen being another. Damion Daniels seems decent but he can't get in shape. Bondo behind a redshirt freshmen walk-on. the most of the rest of that class is gone or not contributing.

Nebraska is bearing the fruits of the Riley Recruiting. transition classes never work out for any coach

Riley's best year was 2016 when he had a senior Tommy Armstrong and a bunch of juniors and seniors from Bo Pelini recruiting.

2015 Riley transition class could be some redshirt seniors all Riley and his coaching staff coached for three years
2016 Riley first full year of coaching class, they are redshirt juniors and seniors all Riley and his coaching staff coached for two years
2017 Riley final class, redshirt sophomores and juniors all Riley and his coaching staff coached for one year
2018 Frost transition class, could be some redshirt freshman and sophomores
2019 Frost first full year of coaching class
2020 will have Riley redshirt seniors and Riley seniors

By that, the best time frame for Nebraska to be a above .500 team is 2021 or at least I can't blame the errors on Riley anymore. I suppose there could be a medical redshirt in there somewhere though.

I want to point out that Les Miles fired his offensive coordinator after the sixth game in 2019. Kansas has scored 48 points and 37 points and barely lost to Texas and beat Texas Tech.
