I did it on one assault rifle...It's probably around level 10 or so...I have about 6 leftover unlock tokens since I don't use any other type of gun for the most part...

There are 2 types of unlocks tokens...silver ones, you earn one every time you level, and they unlock anything you're high enough to unlock..then gold, you get it only when you prestige...this is the type I was talking about...
