List the notable/somewhat surprising cuts here:

Notable: Taco Charlton from KC
Surprising: Kamal Martin 5th rounder from last year. If this guy ever could stay healthy, he has a spot in this league.

Some of these guys are reverting back to IR but will be released once healthy.

If Taco cant make it in KC with DE probably being the weakest spot on the roster then he is probably a permanent backup and/or out of the league at this point

Lamar Miller shouldn't be a surprise. He was playing in the 4th quarter with the 4th team. He was used as a backfield/slot hybrid on passing plays so he wouldn't have to block. As a receiver in space he looked slow and devoid of any moves that would make a defender miss. He's done.

He's a relative unknown, but Skai Moore got cut by Indy. Guy was a fantastic college LB at USC, but a tweener: too slow for safety, not big enough for the league.

Steelers waive/injured DB Antoine Brooks, a former 6th Rd pick out of Maryland. He started the offseason as the No. 1 slot CB. Just couldn't stay healthy.

If he clears waivers then he'll return on IR. No idea how long he'll be out for due to injury, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the fold in some capacity this year.

Pierre Desir should always have a job. He is in the Case Keenum tier of 'you can win with him but you really shouldn't build your team with the idea that he is a starter'

Yeah... Kamal Martin bit of a surprise for me as well.... Injured a lot of last year, but when returned I liked his play and agree think he has spot in this league for 2nd year player.

However, this year Packers brought in De'Vondre Campbell (another Gopher LB) who they really like, Martin was hurt again early in camp and then running with 3rd string. Did not look good in last preseason game...

I will always wish him well for what he did in Houston but I was surprised he was signed by any NFL team in April. This is probably the end of his NFL career.

Tyrell Williams is the best WR they have.

One of the worst picks by Dallas ever. TJ Watt on the board I was screaming pick him pick him and our DC Maranelli wanted Taco. I knew then he and Garrett were gone soon
