To me, the simplest and best approach would be to just kick out Baylor and replace them with UCF. Then we would still play a round robin schedule and keep the CCG. We would get into the Eastern Time Zone with another team and be rid of the mullet-wearing, rapist$ in that hell hole Waco, Texas.

K. Big12 needs to be working on a sweetheart deal for USC and UCLA right now (think full cut day 1 ect.) because the PAC is ripe for the picking and they bring markets/brands/ tv eyeballs/ arses in seats and could benefit from our tier 3 deal over their terrible conference network.

If we want some east schools then UCF and any choice of Cincy/Memphis/Temple(Philly), USF, UConn, ECU

could be invited and slowly integrated to full cut.

If there was a shot at teams leaving the SEC I would agree but... teams aint leaving the SEC. They WILL imo be leaving the PAC though.

2 things here

If the B12 is hell bent (I doubt it) on expanding why not first gauge/schmooze LSU? I know it’s doubtful but it’s not like it’s a geographical mismatch. This is the first place I’d turn. Any thoughts on that?

Next could the B12 survive without OKLAHOMA? Honestly at first I thought no way, but then I realized having Texas definitely keeps this conference alive as a P5. They don’t seem to be upset, if OU wants to leave sure the conference would take a hit but could survive. Any thoughts?
