It's not easy to find assistants that like the team sometimes. I went on the Texans board and it's a ghostland. I started talking to my self on their board just for conversation.

Then they should be picked for them. You stated every team leave a list and assign a assistant GM.

You want to pick for SD when their time slot is between 6 and 7?

I guess I'm not quite understanding the purpose of assigning time slots. What is their purpose?

Not talking about SD but Chiefs. Yes they (KC) have till 5 but they have been OTC for 4hrs now so I believe they wont show. The time slot is so a team can look and see that they draft at 5pm and then log off and not show back up till 4ish then make their pick.

Yeah, I went to the Giants board and it was the same thing. The Chiefs are kinda the same not a post in weeks.

I hear you Money I took over the Fins as two other guys just couldn't make it and I can't find an assistant. I will guarantee that I'm hear on my time and will keeping checking to not slow it down but for some people its tough.

Now if we go the list route then why doesn't everyone just create a list for the whole draft and it will be done in 5 minutes...haha! Or we could cut the time to 30 minutes and be done twice as fast but everyone will know their time. Either way I can give a short list but things change so much that it's not that easy especially when some of us are working.

Anyway just my two cents but I'd at least wait until the bengals show up before pushing the KC pick through or this will keep happening which isn't good as we do want this to be realistic right???

We aren't skipping anyone, the reason for an asst GM was to get away from things like this, waiting 4 hours for 1 pick. Leaving a list is still a good idea, it doesn't have to be a list of 20 players but 4 or 5 just in case your turn comes up and you arent able to be on for some unknown reason.

To be honest if people left a list there would be no reason for an asst GM but I knew nobody would so I thought about the asst GM just to try and cut down the wait.

Sorry man not pissed at you but when simple things are made into FUBAR. Also I also was supposed to leave work at 3 but now working a double because my relief's kid got sick so that's why I am n a great mood.

Too be honest, it was actually worse on cBS when we did these more people left a list but there was always 6 - 8 people who would stop showing up after like round 2 or 3. So i'm not at all mad here, we actually finished the first one which was awesome.

Kid got sick, hahahaha, I wonder how many times i've used that one!

Yes I will always be here or leave a list plus have VTSparks as assistant GM.

Actually she arrived with her kid and I sent them home because his head was burning up and looked horrible. But yeah normally that would be a excuse that kid got sick.

Okay...so it's really 50/50 between WR (Beckham/Lee) and G (Yankey/Su'a-Filo) for KC from the mocks I've seen. Beckham's gone so what is the consensus pick...Lee, Yankey or Su'a-Filo?

Don't need to worry about me boys. My schedule is nuts, but I've never missed a pick. Also always leave a list just in case - even when I know I will be around.
