Yes I will set up a vote after we have selected and it will be open to anyone to vote. I will post more about that when we fill up.

I would like to do 30 minutes, since we only have 8 people who we know are active I don't see why 30 minutes cant work. If anyone proposes a better idea i'll give it consideration.

On 2nd thought 30 minutes is kinda quick, we will all have to pay attention all day long. Maybe if we cut down the actually draft time instead of 10:00 am - 10:00 pm we could go like 10:00 am - 6:00 pm... I am open to suggestions.
