Thought the OT grouping dried up completely after Adeniji so decided to go with him.

He's gonna be a guard and there are better tackles left IMO.

We shall see. I think with a year in the weight room and working with Munchak in Denver he stands a good chance of holding up at Tackle.

Usually 6'4 with shortish arms means guard.

Durable four-year starter at tackle who might be asked to prove himself as an interior blocker on the next level. Adeniji understands and displays technique, but it tends to get sloppy when his footwork gets him behind in the rep. He was an imperfect fit in Kansas' move-oriented running game, but could compete for a roster spot in a man blocking scheme where he should be able to play with better control, consistency and push at the point of attack. His experience at tackle boosts his pass pro credentials if he's moved inside.

My max height in the military was 6'2" and I had 38" arms. I'm 6'0" now and I still have 38" arms.

33" arms are very small, especially for a guy 6'4". You have to understand that arm length is measured from the center of the neck to hand side of the wrist bone with the arm lifted to shoulder height and bent with the hand pointing to the front of the body. You know what I'm saying if you've ever been professionally fitted for a suit or a tux.

Well 1) If you have to rely on Walterfootball to prove a point I would say that is a terrible place to go. I understand other places have said it as well.

2) He does meet the minimum requirements that teams look for at the Tackle spot. Yes he is not the longest guy in the world and that could lead to some struggles, but to me if a guy has great technique then size/length becomes less of an issue and I trust Munchak to get the most out of him.

3) If he does move into guard honestly it is still a win for me. Broncos have need for interior depth and next year they could decide to move Glasgow to Center and start him at that RG spot.

4) In the 4th round you are not usually finding guys that day 1 are going to be starters. You are looking for your depth/developmental pieces so for me Adeniji is worth taking a chance. His athleticism is pretty impressive and probably no one improved more than him from year 1 to year 4 in college.

Well his arms were actually measured at 33 3/4" so closer to 34" than 33". Arm length isn't what I would be worried about with him. He has a smaller radius for speed guys to beat him around the edge and obviously could have some trouble anchoring day 1 against some of the longer/stronger DL. I'm not asking him to start at Tackle or Guard year one. The OL for the Broncos other than Center is pretty well set and I drafted Hennessey in the 3rd to handle the Center spot. I'm viewing Adeniji as a developmental project that could play 4 positions on the OL and gets a year to work with the best OL coach in football.

lolzzz not trying to prove anything, just posted another opinion.

In today's game there aren't a lot of successful 6'4 tackles with shortish arms, I trust Munchak as well, to make him a good guard.

Agreed, but you said he was the last good tackle, that's what I commented on.

Ok I should say I really don't like any of the tackles that are left. That pool dried up pretty quickly. Others might still have a few guys they like but for me personally just not anyone I'm wanting to draft here in the 4th round.

I took Adeniji because I do believe he can develop into a starting quality player and a good one at that. Whether that be guard or tackle I do not know. You are right that there are not many 6'4" starting tackles playing at a high level but that doesn't mean there are 0. Honestly Munchak had one not too long ago in Pittsburgh that was even smaller at least weight wise than Adeniji that he made work well in Hubbard. If the Broncos can get that out of Adeniji then I'll be a happy camper. He wasn't elite by any means but again 4th round how many elite players are you finding?

Normally I would say I don't think we should have a clock tomorrow but I think we will. I mean is anybody really having a big family get together? I'm making a ham and wishing I was watching playoff hockey tomorrow, so i'll be around all day.
