Thanks for being positive CD .
I'm not talking about moving McGovern to Center full time. The Broncos really like Sam Jones. He has been getting rave reviews around Dove Valley. He could be the next Paradis where he spends a year on the PS and then moves up to become a quality starter. He needed a year to get into the weight room and I've been told the man has really committed himself to the program.
Hate that Amos is not going to wear Orange and Blue. I am sure the Paradis talks complicated matters.
The 2 safeties I was hoping for are not coming, Amos and Collins. Maybe the backup plan is already on the roster with Thomas, Parks, Marshall, and Cravens.
Maybe we can get soemone like Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Earl Thomas, or Johnathan Cyprien. Not sure on fit with any of those guys though.
Two more players the Broncos had interest in are off the boards. John Brown is heading to Buffalo and Jordan Hicks heading to AZ
Hopefully we still have our eyes on Callahan and Eifert, havent seen much talk on them so hopefully Denver can come in and get them for cheap.
cdumler7, thoughts on SS at this point?
I'm honestly not sure. Will Parks had a good year last year. Is he ready to be a full-time starter though? I'm not sure. Still some guys on the market and also was told the Broncos have even talked to Earl Thomas. Now he would be a FS and just have Simmons continue to stay at SS I guess. I highly doubt that deal gets done with how much he is wanting.
Couple other names are Ha-Ha and Tre Boston that I wouldn't mind the Broncos looking at.
I don’t think we’ll go after Thomas just because it would be kind of weird to give up on Amos when he got $37 million and then pay way more for ET.

If we signed Thomas it would be at a lower price then Amos IMHO.
