This is a good point. As I have said we have some damn good posters that post some very interesting hockey news and their "rep" counts are very low.

I try and rep them when I can, I could name at least 10 posters like this and it seems like they get over looked at times.

Possibly. I'm going to let the committee decide that based on the submissions we get. If we have enough of different types, we might do that. Keep in mind I don't want to have SO many awards that it takes people forever to vote and discourages voting. We've already nearly doubled the number of categories. Mostly what we need now are more suggestions (and thanks for all yours, Dare) so we can see if that's feasible.

If anyone else would like to be on the committee, we could still use a couple more members. Basically, you look through all the suggestions here to boil it down to some nominees for voting.

Plenty of posters with lower post/rep ratios won big awards last year. I agree that people who keep the boards filled with useful hockey info. often don't get repped enough.
