Well I'm glad to admit I was wrong. I thought Peyton would break down. Watching how he finished that season and breaking all the records, it's clear that its HIS year. He will not be stopped in the playoffs. BOOK IT. He's going to win it all and it will be so SWEET.

LOL I was only kidding. Not really any of my business what av or what screen name a poster uses. While I respect yours or anyone's right to proclaim that we "can't be stopped" and this is "Peyton's year", I do cringe at such remarks, since I don't think we can take anything for granted. So much easier to come up short than it is to end up last team standing. Hopefully your prediction turns out right, but I'm certainly not yet prepared to "book it".

Well said. They still have to play the games. I'm sure a lot of Pats fans had the "book it" mentality in 2007. I'm sure a lot of them felt the Pats couldn't be beat. But the Pats were not up to the challenge the Giants presented and we all know how that ended. The Broncos last season appeared poised to go deep, and we all know how that ended up. Nothing is a given in the NFL, especially in the playoffs.

BUMP. As I said, Manning will NOT be stopped this season. After watching him break the regular season records for yards and TD's, it's very clear that its just HIS year. This is a man on a mission and it doesn't matter who we play. Seattle is going DOWN.
