Is there sucha thing as over resting your bullpen? Our pen has been so great, but they haven't pitched in so long. Dont want them to be rusty in a situation where you need them to be nails

I was thinking about that. Makes sense...but one of the things I harp on is how in 2005 the White Sox starters threw 4 CG wins in a row during the NLCS vs the Angels, and how that will never happen again.

Didn't hurt them a bit in the WS.

Now I wonder...can the Giants do the same? Sweep the Braves with 3 CGs and then win the first vs Philly with a CG?
