I'm not worried about who is officially charged with the runs in this instance. A guy named Hand came in to pitch and there was no happy ending. It still works.

Falter goes today for the Phil’s and Clevinger for the Padres. Phil’s are likely to throw a lot of arms today. Feels like they need to score 6+ today to get the job done. Still can’t believe they got a 6 out save out of Dominguez. That shit is unheard of in the modern game. You would have to think Alvarado is limited in terms of how he can be used today and Dominguez is unavailable. @Cedrique it looks like they’ll have to use your guy Hand today. Falter Syndergaard Eflin Gibson Brogdon will be used to get them through 7 some how and then the 8th will be Alvarado/Hand and likely Robertson gets the 9th. Clevinger has a 4.33 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP but in his only start vs the Phillies this year went 5 innings of 1 hit shut out baseball.
