Nevermind. You showed you were anything but normal. What an ass whoopin. We got beat thoroughly in ever phase of the game. It was if you were playing a division 3 school. Damn, that was embarrassing, especially at home during our home opener. Good game for the 49ers. Good luck this year.
Not sure the 49ers are that good or that the Bengals are that bad. They just got caught in a tidal wave and couldn't get the ship righted. But damn, it was good to see the 49ers run the ball down their throats. Losing Staley was a huge price to pay though.

Truly hoping the Niners get ahold of Kalil to solidify the RT position and move McC over to LT.

I also believe putting McGlinchey at Left Tackle is a good idea. They should go after Trent Williams who is still holding out in Washington

I imagine acquiring Kahlil will cost less.

There is no good solution but one consideration is moving McGlinchey to the left, and signing a good RT? A quality RT isn't easy to obtain either, but a higher possibility than LT.

Moving McGlinchey doesn't imply he'll be a solid LT, but at least he knows the blocking scheme and line calls. So the blind side would have a better chance.

Well he was a very good college LT not saying he would be in the NFL but I have to think that is the long term plan for him.

the knee jerk reaction is to go out and spend like there's no tomorrow. But you have to manage the cap and not be short sighted.

Trading away a 1st and giving TW a big contract, is being short sighted.

If Williams were five years younger I would do it.
