I agree. I'm cautiously optimistic. He looked GOOD out there. Despite having some of the worst skill position players in the league, he looked good. Maybe we'll catch a break.I really like what i saw from jimmy G today. Havent seen that play in a long time

I thought the O Line did a good job of protecting him as well.
Agreed. It looked systematic out there on Sunday for the first time in a long time.Jimmy G makes the oline look better too. He processes things quickly and gets rid of the ball. The best I've seen on this team in a long time. He also seems to have good pocket awareness and moves to escape pressure. Beathard is a warrior but at right now he doesn't have that awareness and holds onto the ball too long.
I'm interested to see how he does against a better defense this week in Houston
