Every time someone comes back, we lose another one. This time Engo returns to the lineup (THANK GOD), but Staalsy is out with a low body injury. It's seriously beoynd ridiculous at this point. *sigh* Hopefully MAF can put up a good night in the cage and Geno continues his 3rd period performance from Thursday night.

Should be a decent, competitive game tonight. Dupuis has been owning the Isles this year though. 6 points in 3 games. Jason Williams was called up to replace Staal in the lineup, and Sid remains out, as well as Letang and Michalek (and Lovejoy). Whew.

Wild second period. Not a lot of discipline from either team. Orpik got a...favorable call. Hamonic was kicked out for a 5-min major elbow, when it was just a late hit. Duper still riding a hot streak himself. Pens up 4-3

Fifth goal comes from Matt Cooke on a rebound. Sixth goal to Martin (who deserves that bounce for the way he's played lately). 6-3 about 9 minutes left.

And that's final. Pens came out very flat, got down 2-0 early, but fought back. Were a bit more disciplined tonight. Geno was relatively invisible tonight...but, got good production otherwise.

A lot of guys had more minutes than usual. Probably because every moment #33 graced the ice with his presence my head nearly exploded.

Without a doubt. What is shocking is only Dupuis had more minutes.

That line of Dupuis-Cooke-Kennedy played well, they were just discussing when Staal comes back if that line looks good about finally moving him up with Malkin. Not too sure how convinced I am of Dupuis as a Center but worth keep looking at.

Yeah MacIntyre played 4 minutes too many this game. He is so worthless on the ice.

I laughed earlier when Fleury finally just got fed up watching Mac flounder out there and he just took the damn penalty!! Probably thought they had a better shot with him on the bench.

Great win tonight. I wasn't expecting them to pull this one out. The hand the Isles were dealt prior to this game was heavily in their favor. I'll take it, though.

Well it started out well. I have no idea what happened. The 6th goal was as weak as it gets Montoya. You better get your shit together. I know the defense in front of you sucks, but you can't make it worse by givinig up goals like that.
