Yeah, I liked the kid. Most fans will say "he fell of a cliff in the second half" but I would counter that I suspected Torts was asking him to change too much of his game. And with the recent Laine comments about trying to find his way under Torts, that's EXACTLY what it was.

Hindsight, moving Duclair for Dzingel was one of the worst deals we ever made. We lost a solid asset that Torts hated for another asset that Torts hated all in an effort to keep a guy who probably had a Nashville Tattoo and is likely to be exposed in the expansion draft.
