Fans can now enter a drawing to buy two tickets for the 2011 NHL Winter Classic.
Registration is through www.nhl.com/winterclassictickets
The league said only that there are "a limited number" of tickets available in this general sale.
The Penguins will play the Washington Capitals at Heinz Field in the New Year's Day outdoor game.
Registration for the drawing ends at 11:59 a.m. Oct. 11. Fans who are randomly chosen will be notified Oct. 26.
This is the only general public sale for the game.
