Obvious horse collar.

But it's on Schaub's shoulders now. If they don't score before the end of the first half it's gonna change the whole complexion of the Texans' offense the rest of the game. They can't sit on their laurels and allow the Pats to score even another field goal if they can't come up with some points before the end of the first half.

If the Texans score here, over/under on the commentators saying they scored too fast and gave the Pats too much time to answer?

Well, HOU driving, and yes, you get the feeling they can't walk away with a 3 here.

Yeah, gotta give 'em credit. They drove down the field pretty effectively in the time it took me to type all that out.

I wonder if with NE getting the ball in Q3, maybe Belicik sits tight here and runs the 1:15 out.

He's pretty savvy. As much as he's reviled by so many, he'll do what he sees fit to come away with the win without worrying about making his stars shine. If Brady throws for 400 or for 200, BB will do whatever he feels is necessary to put his team in the best position to win.

Man, 55 yard FG to close the half 17-13. What a swing in momentum there in the last couple of minutes.

Wow... good job on Houston getting that timeout in time in order to kick that field goal. If the game comes down to a 3 pt swing, this could loom large.

Hernandez.

Yeah. And just when the focus goes on him Welker comes up with some clutch catches. And NE has just enough running game. It's a real pleasure watching the Pats if you're a fan. I think at this point I'd LOVE a 49er/Pats SB. Best possible scenario for the NFL.

That's what the Patriots can do to teams. Just when they get feeling good and have momentum, Brady and co. take it right back.
