Carolina is in the same boat as the (insert name here) .... they need a QB. Darnold was a bad trade. Sam had me wondering for a couple of games but then he returned to being Sam. Cam was done before this year so no surprise there.

also Spielman

This has been rumored for most of the year. Defense has been mostly bad for the past three years. They have been able to get a solid kicker.

Rumors are out there that they might move Cousins. He is due $40+ million next year. Minnesota would pay $10 million if he is traded and whoever acquires him would pay $30+ unless they renegotiate. Possible teams interested Pittsburgh, New Orleans, Denver.

God bless Cousins. He's the gift that keeps on giving. That dude is going to make almost $200 million over the course of his entire career by taking exactly no teams anywhere.

Whether you think he's an above average qb who has happened to play on flawed teams over the course of his career, or you think he's a garbage time stat padder who folds at the worst possible times, you can't help but be in awe of his career trajectory and overall earnings...

Wow.

Dont want to trade for any qb.

Not sure what to make of Goff, other than the fact that McVay was fairly quick to get rid of him. That cant be good.

He threw for 3200 yards, 19 td’s and 8ints.

On the other hand, that’s pretty good considering the Lions dont have that much talent. Its especially good since he ended well too - something like he found his go to guy amon-ra something or other - and the guy made plays.

Why did McVay let him go so quickly? Was it simply bc he could get Stafford?

So, 4,200 yards, 33 TDs and 7 Ints wouldn't be too bad then. :D

I don't really want to get into a Cousins discussion other than to say that I am in awe of his ability to translate a lack of meaningful wins into multiple hundreds of millions of dollars of income. It's pretty freakin' amazing.

I can't think of any other quarterback who has won so little and amassed so much.

That's all.
