Disagree, he's just an average QB. Not a bad thing but nothing exceptional either. ( I hope that my defense of him doesn't cause a friend's head to explode! )

IMO it is too early to call any of these QBs a success or bust. They are learning how to play in the NFL. In some cases it depends on what teams they go to. What QB wants to go to Jacksonville or the Jets. As far as Jacksonville goes ... having Meyer is a double streak of bad luck. He won't be there long.

We did this but it blew up in our faces because the talent we brought in sucked

that was a long time ago at this point. but I agree, I wouldn't trust the talent evaluatorswe have right now to partake in this strategy at all

Ok what did our current talent guys get wrong in yr one ? Was our draft garbage? It’s looks like we hit on Leno in FA , carter in FA. AH is a push while missing on Samuel ( up in the air ) and Jackson ( bust )

The draft I have to say Cosmi is a hit , BSJ is a hit , brown (?) bates hit (bu TE in 4th ) Forrest IR , JP UDRFA looks to be a hit , Davis 1st round over-drafted

So I am not sure they can’t pick out a qb the picked CAM and he did well for them

Missing in the FIRST round
Cutting Moreland
taking forever to move Landon
Kurl seeing 30% snaps in early games
signing Jackson and then not playing to his strengths
KICKERgate

AND making us Carolina lite with "talent" evaluators that dont have good track records

shades of George Allen or Minnesota who traded damn near a team for Herschel Walker .... or Ditka who traded 8 picks to Washington which essentially made it a Williams for Arrington trade.
