He was a prospect that was incredibly raw, from what I understand. All recommendations pointed towards a 2-3 year development plan being best.

Any surprise that it was Indy making the decisions?

In this case he was way overdrafted. But Indy was the death knoll
True, but if they're going to draft them it's not a one size fits all proposition. The dude was raw and needed time to develop, so using the Green Bay method was probably the best way to go in this case and a high dose of courage to do it from ownership and management. If I had Shane Steichen's ear I'd warn him that he's likely to take the hit for their cowardice.

There are issues on both sides. Anthony Richardson showed his true colors when he took himself out. That attitude is why he will never succeed, if he were even capable of becoming more accurate.

People gave up on Tebow and nobody ever questioned his work ethic.

I loved how he said 'Player over Plays' in his interview today
I am guilty as some of my recent posts have shown. I wanted Harris over Bezos, I wanted AP, I wanted DQ over McDonald & Johnson. I believe in these guys. One reason you don't see me playing GM and suggesting trades or acquisitions is I believe in these guys and am willing to let them manage as they see fit.

I believe DQ is a really good HC and I love his coaching staff. I was shaky on Kliff but he has proved to be the right guy .... so far. I love Joe Whitt Jr., he makes me want to run through a brick wall.
