If you could trade Aldon (7th pick) straight up for Jake Locker (8th) right now would you?

I love Aldon, but I'd have to say I'd pull the trigger.

Actually I take that back. I wouldn't make that trade. If we were to make a play for a QB, I'd rather keep Aldon and make a play in the first round of the draft.

Given those two options, I'd have to agree. The questions will be how realistic will Baalke be about Alex & how willing will he be to trade up? Right now, it looks like Smith & Wilson will be 1 & 2 overall. It'd take quite a bit to trade up that high.

I just hope they don't trade up for Matt Barkley. That'd be a lateral move.

I noticed that too. It seems backwards to see the Packers & Steelers getting screwed by the ref's this year.
