Got this in feed and thought it a bit interesting.

Recall several of these that made it to the 70s and beyond, always liked the Pats old helmet. Did not recall this Broncos helmet design... smart decision to change it, IMO may be one of the ugliest helmets I recall. Did like the Broncos blue helmet with D with Bronco inside.

Yeah, the old Patriots logo was the best. I like their whole retro uniform look.

looks like the Broncos dumped the anemic horse around the time of the AFL NFL merger.
