Curiously the Packers - Vikings games seems to influence playoff outcomes for other teams even when it doesn't impact the Packers or Vikings, at least according to Playoff Machines.
packers can secure #1 spot with win and cowboys loss
vikings need to win to stay in the hunt for playoff spot

The point I was making is that the outcome of this game seems to alter which of the 49ers, Saints, Eagles, even Redskins qualify for the playoffs even without the Vikings making it in or a change in the Packers seeding. It seems strange for a Vikings win to potentially change a scenario where the 49ers would be at #6 ahead of the Eagles to the Saints becoming the #6 with the 49ers out of the playoffs. Have a play around with a Playoff Machine and see what happens if you change the outcome of this game.

That's not true...bucs still have a shot at 1 seed...but packers would need to lose out, cowboys lose 1 and bucs win out

PITTSBURGH -- Just one day after he was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson was activated off it Friday. Under new return-to-play protocols adopted in December, NFL players who are vaccinated and asymptomatic can return to practice and games based on a measure of their viral load, known as the cycle threshold, or CT. That testing can begin as soon as one day after the initial positive.

Well well well...what star player misses a playoff game because he never was vaccinated.

Amazing how Covid stopped in the NFL once the post season began

Yes interesting...

Packers have had 1 player on list I can recall last week (Lucas Patrick)... but had the Bye last weekend so no impact and has now returned. Lot of teams done as well for season... so much less reporting as well.
