go ahead and mark it down. Howell plays this year, AR15 sees the field in abour 3 or 4 years. If they put him on the field, he will have some amazing plays. But my prediction is if he starts 17 games this year, he will break Peyton Manning's record for INT's in a single season. Which I believe is 27

Richardson is special..he is simply a victim of having a clown coach in Billy napier attempting to develop him.

They interviewed a bunch of CBs too. I think the draft goes who they have highest when they pick. OLine and a CB is what I would like to see.

So who would the Day 2 TE push off he roster:

Thomas
Bates
Turner
Rodgers

If we release Thomas, I can see the desire to grab one during the draft in a way. The problem is that we would then have 4 young, TEs who will all be developing. Why not just stick with Bates, Turner, Rodgers, if the goal is to draft another TE?

That is why I advocated for signing one in free agency. We don't need another young TE who needs to develop. We already have 3 on the roster right? We need a proven pass-catching TE who can step in right away.

I just cannot see EB liking our stable all that much. Like LT but the injury, wrong side of 30, lacks athletic ability etc. Possibly Gieseke in FA? Not sure but I see EB having some say to the TE in that regard.

I agree on Gieseke or Schultz. I don't see how drafting yet again another TE helps the situation. Unless somebody drops in the 2nd and we have them as a sure fire 1st rounder, I wouldn't do it. I think FA is the best place to find a starting pass-catching TE for next year.

i think you are wrong about turner and rogers . . injuries in camp hurt turner and he was doing great until that happened . rogers story is much like thomas 's converted qb and when he got in games before his injury he was contributing pretty darn well for a UDFRA
