He's a project, no question about it. I like what little I saw from Howell. Richardson won't be there at 16 anyway.

go ahead and mark it down. Howell plays this year, AR15 sees the field in abour 3 or 4 years. If they put him on the field, he will have some amazing plays. But my prediction is if he starts 17 games this year, he will break Peyton Manning's record for INT's in a single season. Which I believe is 27
