Ok apparently, Day, Givens, Kettel or whomever else played NT, didn't impress? Granted, one game isn't enough time to show your all.

Anyway, DJ Jones was a huge loss and i was wondering what they'd do at NT? We play the Wide 9 which leaves the middle more open, so the NT is huge. Can't expect Mitchell to play as well as Jones but if he can at least "hold his ground", thats better than being pushed back.

All other play-off teams will try to establish their run game first, thats a given.

I did like the seahawks back then because they were one of the few teams that could beat the hated Raiders. I despise them now.
If the seahawks were smart enough to let Wilson free lance in the first half the game would have been out of reach.

Well for a team you despise you seem to revere them an awful lot. The 49ers defense played a part in how the the Seahawks offense played which is why they didn't or wouldn't have put the game out of reach.

Givens made a couple of nice plays, and I definitely believe he should be looked upon for the future. He had a nice pre-season IIRC for SF.

I don't view the game through red and gold colored lenses as you seem to. Seattle gives the 49ers as much or more than they can handle every time out. If you say you are confident when the Niners takesthe field against Seattle then you are lying.

No your right you view them through blue and ugly green colored lenses.

— The 49ers practiced under partly sunny skies and January-warm, 61-degree temperatures. That likely won’t be the case next Saturday, with a 40 percent chance of rain in the forecast.

Ugh! another mud game in the works?

IF so, to who's advantage? I would think the better running team PLUS better run D?

I think they have the advantage over either team in any weather.

Vikings next..

That overtime in New Orleans was not bad news for the 49ers. It was a few minutes more of intense football to tire the Vikings, who now face a team that will have rested for 12 days since wrapping up the NFC’s No. 1 seed, while the Vikings will get five days rest, including travel to the West Coast.

Yep and how much more advantage do we need? No excuses should we lose.

There it is. This is a game they definitely should win.

Looks like the 49ers are going to The Bowl for sure now. GB is crushing the sorry ass Seahawks and no way they come out to California next week and beat the 49ers; no way.

Same thing you said about my Minnesota prediction and it was spot on so to quote Aaron Rodgers "reeelaax". Things could not have set up better for the 49ers. Other teams did the dirty work for them of beating the two teams they struggle against for them with Minny beating the Saints and now the Pack beating the hated Seahawks.
No way Green Bay comes in to SF and beats the Niners next week; no way.
