I'm sure many common 49ers fans will be running with this quote and poking fun of it like crazy. Argh!

Matt Barrows: Nolan and 49ers coordinator Greg Roman presumably are competing for head-coaching jobs this season. To be fair, Nolan got Roman's name right later in the session, so we can chalk his mistake up to a slip of the tongue, not disrespect.

I'll admit, at first I didn't catch this. Norman was always one of my dad's favorite golfers, so it didn't strike me as a mistake right away. Now I think it's funny.
