The Islanders are hot right now. This home and home will definitely be a challenge. That said, if we can somehow manage to stop or slow down Tavares, Vanek, Okposo and Nielsen offensively, they don't have much secondary scoring to speak of.

If they manage to keep our top two lines in check, one that is scorching hot and the other that is loaded with firepower, I think our third line (that has scored 28 goals altogether) can still burn them. In addition, guys like Streit and Meszaros have really been activated offensively as of late from the blue line. The NYI penalty kill has also been the worst in the Nhl by a wide margin and I think the Flyers are adequately equipped to exploit that.

We need a good game from Mase and we need our players to play way better in front of him. We need to be aggressive on the forecheck and pound the puck on goal. Our D has to increase its intensity as well to slow these guys down a notch or two. We need to score in the first period, no questions asked. Ought to be a good game.
