also..... If Larry Brooks is that chairman of ANYTHING, that's a red flag.

Botta was in charge of public relations for the Islanders for a long time. When Botta started his blog the Islanders were very supportive. He knew all the players & the people involved in the org. so he had great access to everyone. Botta & Snow had a falling out. I don't know the details & the rumors are just that rumors.

As a New Yorker I'll ne the first to say nobody will be missing much.Saying New York hockey writers suck would be a compliment to them.Most of them are nothing more than gossip columnist some of them make ecklund look like he knows what he is talking about.

Not true. Grabner is a rookie of the year candidate. Frans Neilson was going to get some consideration for the Selke.
