Ya according to the link Irule posted in the other thread, this guy told his team that he was coming to Nebraska as the RB coach. Also interesting to see one of his players coming here as well.

I thought it would be WRs because he did coach Daniel Graham at Colorado. I know that is TEs but same concept.

Well whatever he coaches he will be here.

The 4 "new" coaches are Ross Els, Corey Raymond, John Garrison, and Rich Fisher.

Very successful high school coach will be well-known and well-trusted by high school athletes in the region where he coached........just my theory.

all of these coaches bring significant recruiting improvements over their predecessors. (except Els)

interested to see if Fisher can bring in the New England kids and if Raymond can work his SEC country ties.

oh and Garrison can probably relate well to the kids, having played not long ago

I guess I didn't think of recruiting ties just because the northeast isn't exactly a hotbed. I suppose we're gonna have to start plucking a couple gems out of that region every now and then.

It's always funny how when talk of replacing coaches starts all we hear about are all these big names and we all sit here and salivate over the idea of it..............and then we end up with 4 names like this: Ross Els, Corey Raymond, John Garrison, and Rich Fisher.

This is why Bo is the head coach and we are all just fans.........because all we want are big name guys and Bo just knows who he needs and he goes out and gets them.

While it's not a hotbed, having ties across the country is important for Nebraska. We don't have a lot of talent close to home, and when you only take 20-25 kids, plucking the best out of a small talent pool like New England can be beneficial.
