And contrary to belief 90 % of “Seattle sports fans” live closer to Mt. Rainier than the city of Seattle. 9% live north of Seattle. And the other 1 percent are rich white guys who leave Amazon early. If sports fans in “Seattle” were allowed to vote for anything related to the city the Sonics would be in Seattle and they would have had a hockey team since the 90’s.
