Just a note... I think people need to cool out on the blatant invites for a little while. Just seek someone out in a thread or something in a subtle way. And don't contribute to threads about people leaving. That just stokes the fire.

I know this board is moderated and all, so there is protection, but there is a lot of rage over there right now and why invite more potential problems. The more curiosity you build, the more you entice people to go looking.

And yeah, i didn't help yesterday either when I was joking around, so I'm slapping my own hand here too.

Let it all die down. In a week, they won't even remember or care.

we've got a good formula here, recruiting by day, serious playoff hockey discussions by night...soon it'll all just settle down to hockey tawk, with the occasional jab at Flyers fans...

My point is that if several of you went to the trouble to PM people, then just don't draw too much attention to it and stoke that fire.

Ritari PMed me in a GNT and nobody paid much attention to it. That seems like a better way to go than starting threads about it and joining discussions on the other board about the new one.
