New PC

First thanks to all that apply. I am not tech savvy my old PC is about 7 years old and struggles with games like New World. I want to play Diablo IV which comes out in June but I am thinking my old PC won't cut it. My son thinks it's a 1060 card, I do not know. I want to keep it about 2k if possible. the the i7 13700k would be better, by 25-30% pretty much across the board...
