I'm a firm believer in rookies earning their starting spots. I don't like just handing them the starting spot at their position.

WR I can see (if Jenkins doesn't work out) but RB & TE? RB is one of the deepest positions on the team, and the Niners have Celek & the guy from Seattle on the roster already (not to mention McDonald).

The weakest positions on the team at this point are kicker & kick returner.

IMO we're ok with depth at TE and RB. we've read they might consider a swing OT to develop, this makes more sense.

we can also use one of the remaining comp picks to add a speedy, downfield receiver....unless they project AJ or Lockette to be that guy?
