I think getting involved in Jiu Jitsu might be part of that for me. First, it gives me a way to let off some steam. Second it teaches me to focus and channel all that.

That too. I have noticed that since I've settled into a career at a place where I enjoy going to work every day I'm a much better person.

I went from toiling at terrible hourly jobs to buying a house in just under 18 months. Transformation is the only way to put that.
