We have 0 bad losses though. All losses are against highly ranked RPI teams.

Northwestern has everyone back on a team that just killed it a year ago. They are easily top 4 in this conference. I mean it’s without question.

Ever notice how Jack McVeigh doesn’t even play anymore? That’s because he’s not good enough to play for us anymore. We have improved that much in 1 season.

We have 1 decent win and that’s it. We have 4 decent opponents left and 0 really good opponents left so will have few good wins.

Northwestern hasn’t looked even close to same team as last year. They are 9-7 with bad losses Penn State and sub #150 RPI Georgia Tech. Best win is vs average Illinois team. Right now they are not a top 3-4 team and nowhere close to returning to NCAA Tournament

We really needed the Creighton or Kansas wins that had a great chance at. We need the high quality wins because just don’t have many on schedule

This is how I see the remaining schedule playing out unless something extreme happens. We should win every game we play in Lincoln the rest of the way out. We should be favored to win every game in Lincoln the rest of the way out. If we win the ones I see us winning, and let's just say those question marks are all losses.......we finish 21-10 before the Big 10 Tournament.

Win only the games at PBA and we finish 19-12 going into the tournament.

Either way, we would be top 6 in the Big 10, and there is no way in hell the committee isn't sending at a minimum 6 teams from the Big 10 into the tournament. In fact, they will probably send 7.

This schedule plays into our favor, and like I said......the most important thing for us is that we have no bad losses. Take care of business in Conference play and we'll make it.

Tue, Jan 09 Wisconsin - W
Fri, Jan 12 @ Penn State - W
Mon, Jan 15 Illinois - W
Thu, Jan 18 Michigan - W

Now, as for the future of Nebraska Basketball.

If we fire Tim Miles after this season we are just asking to go further in the hole. We return everyone minus Evan Taylor, and Taylor is absolutely replaceable.

No matter what, you HAVE to see next year through with Miles at Head Coach. You commit suicide by returning a bunch of Junior and Senior starters on a very talented squad and then get rid of the coach.

Miles is 0-6 against cretin and lost to a team that plays in a fucking high school gym (56-79) this season.

2012: (42-64)
2013: (67-82)
2014: (55-65)
2015: (67-83)
2016: (62-77)
2017: (65-75)

Enough is enough. Flush this turd.

22, 15, 10, 16, 15, and 10.

Miles has never even played cretin to a single digit game.

That’s a bold strategy, Cotton.

We’re not going undefeated at home though

That’s a good Purdue team. Probably a sweet 16 team at the very least. They make shots and hard to defend TWO 7 footers. One gets a foul and they just bring in the other one.

Glad one got a knee to the nut sack at least.

Last year’s team would have laid down and lost by 30. This team battled. Stupid mistakes, yes. But they have talent and playmakers.

Please stop talking.

Flush it this year? Or next year.

We will be at the very least in the discussion for the tournament this year. Everyone who knows basketball knows it. So when we bring back all these guys next season, why fire him this year?

Also, next year we take Cretin down in the PBA.

Anything less than a top 5 finish in the conference regular season, AND a 1st round win in the Big Dance.....Flush The Turd This Season.

So bring in a brand new coach with a stacked lineup that will only be here 1 season and then they all graduate?

Just seems like that would potentially be throwing away a lot of talent as first year coaches usually do not mesh with new players well.

Anyways, this is all moot as it is easy to see this team is heading up.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we win 12 out of our last 14.

LOL....You forget Nebrasketball plays 'down' to it's average and sub-par opponents.

Today’s game just confirmed it for me.

If that game was in Lincoln we win by 10.
