All T.O. Wants to do is make the big dance once every 3-4 years or so. At the very minimum post season play like the NIT or CBI in between. You don't have to lay out a bunch of cash to do that when you're in a big conference. Anything 7th or higher in tne BiG is success and on the bubble. I see a $1.2 mil 20 win mid major hire.
