Their QB (Webb) is a 5th year senior coming off an ACL injury that has already been denied a 6th year of eligibility. He tore an ACL in spring drills. He wasn't even expected back until sometime in October.

Lewis is not only charged with 2nd degree assault, he is also charged with two counts of harrassment on his own.

I was under the impression that it was Webb and Lewis who got in an altercation because of the way it was described. There was no third party mentioned.

Very likely they pursue a felony conviction and that this kid serves jail time if the witnesses prove to be credible... He could have killed the kid.

Man, I went into the wrong profession. Could have made tons of money making shit up and blurring the truth.... Oh, but then I'd want to jump off a cliff.

I know several good criminal defense lawyers who maintain their integrity... and also know several who would sell their mother into the sex trade for the right price...
