Also of interesting note, according to FAUOwlAccess, Florida Atlantic athletic director Craig Angelos broke the news that Nebraska and FAU have a game scheduled for 2014.

A Nebraska official confirmed the two teams have signed a contract locking them into a game.


The date for that game is not yet known. The Huskers currently have non-conference games at Fresno State (Sept. 13) and a home game against Miami (Sept. 20) on the schedule for 2014.
